Hello! I'm Susan Bryer-Shelton. I founded Remote Nonprofit Help to provide small to midsize nonprofits with focused, short-term help when they need it most.

Donor Management & Records

Working knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack and DonorPerfect Online. I managed the migration of approximately 20,000 donor records from a legacy MS Access database to DPO in a prior fund development position. I am able to learn additional donor management platforms to support your project needs.

Content Generation & Copy Editing

Content generation for donor communications, such as customized acknowledgement letters for specific programs and tax receipt purposes, fundraising appeals, special event invitations, and e-newsletters.

Working knowledge of Constant Contact and Canva. Comfortable with G-Suite, MS Word, and Outlook.

Grant Program Support

Grant cycle knowledge: grant searches, application review and strategy, grant calendaring and reporting. Intermediate-level grant writing expertise.
